The Lead Finance Business Partner is focused on bridging the forecasted costs Service contracts to the income and cost recognized for the Company. Lead Finance Business Partner must ensure that company financial guidelines are being adhered to and appropriately documented for Management, BPM, SOX and external audit review. The position provides value by informing Management of results and issues in a timely manner.

Lead Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities:  
  • Service Contracts reporting.
  • Ensure revenue and cost recognition are aligned to Group guidelines for service region.
  • Track monthly site performance compared to initial sales assumption and previous forecasts.
  • Service management and finance are informed in scheduled meetings.
  • Develop full year forecasts with Operations stakeholder for each site in region.
  • Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations for forecast changes.
  • Month end close.
  • Support the team with journal entries, accruals, and analysis.
  • Work with colleagues in Manila to root cause and correct financial posting issues.
  • Perform internal and external audit tasks as needed, SOX documents completed monthly.
  • Develop new methods to streamline completion of compliance tasks.
  • Systems and processes usage and build out.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting packages, using data from SAP, Adaptive, and BI.
  • Champion automation and streamlined financial reporting for operational partners.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related subject. Masters, CPA or MBA preferred.  
  • Minimum 7 years of financial experience required.
  • Proficient with systems such as MS Office Suite, SAP, and BI tools.
  • Demonstrates clear and effective written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, some OT may be required.
  • Ability to manage one’s own workload and work with minimal supervision.

Competencies: 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in SAP, proficiency in Workday or Adaptive.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, ambiguity and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Steady attendance and punctuality.
